As the founder and CEO, Klaas Vandeputte had successfully grown the company to approximately 50 people in just four years. He recognized that to achieve the next level of growth, particularly through strategic acquisitions, the company needed a partner who could strengthen its structure and processes. Klaas sought a partner with deep expertise and proven experience in executing complex transactions and integrating new companies to prepare Eolis Group for its ambitious expansion.

Pillar emerged as that partner, becoming a shareholder in the company. We took the lead in the 4P square acquisition and provided hands-on support to ensure a smooth operational integration. Our involvement extends far beyond the deal itself, helping to set out the strategic lines and focusing on strengthening the group's structure for continued growth.

Moving forward, we will continue to focus on both organic growth as new transactions to further expand the company.
