On the Odoo side the work runs from quickstart and full implementation through migration to the current version, replatforming off legacy systems, and ongoing support. The firm has also built its own connectors, including integrations to Exact and Graydon. On the Shopify side it covers design, development, migrations, headless builds, conversion optimization and Shopify POS. Support is a named product rather than an afterthought - ddcare, offered separately for each platform.
The method is deliberately incremental: before going from A to Z, the team explores the path from A to B, running short, well-defined pilots before committing to a full build.
